b. Amendment(s):
1. Al-39328 No. 3 to the Lease Agreement with the Collin County WIC (Women Infants & Children) Program for property located at 825 N. McDonald Street, McKinney, Texas to extend the lease for a five (5) year period effective January 1, 2015 through and including December 31, 2019 with an increase of the base rent for a yearly total of $40,960 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.
2. Al-39315 No. 4 to the Lease Agreement with the Collin County Health Care Foundation and Collin County for property located at 900 East Park Boulevard, Suite 200, Plano, Texas to extend the lease term through and including December 31, 2019 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.
