Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION MEETING
Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following 1.
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Al-39048 Disbursements for the period ending October 21, 2014, Auditor.
b. Al-39042 Contract No. 2015-047298 with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) in the amount of $1,704,932 for WIC (Women, Infants and Children) Services beginning October 1, 2014 through and including September 30, 2015 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Health Care.
c. Al-39032 Filing of the October 6, 2014, Minutes, County Clerk.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
