b.38660 Acceptance of the FY2015 Immunization Grant in the amount
of $354,062; Contract No. 2015-001266-00 with the Texas Department
of State Health Services (DSHS) beginning September 1, 2014 through
and including August 31, 2015 and further authorize the Board
President to finalize and execute same, Health Care.
c.38663 Acceptance of the FY2015 Local Public Health Services
(LPHS) funds in the amount of $21,639; Contract No. 2015-001289-00
with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) beginning
September 1, 2014 through and including August 31, 2015 and further
authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Health
Care.
d.38661 Acceptance of the FY2015 Federal Tuberculosis Prevention
and Control Grant in the amount of $119,622; Contract No.
2015-001388-00 with the Texas Department of State Health Services

execute same, Health Care.
