b.37979 Amendment No. 3 to the lease agreement with FSC,
Incorporated (dba First Step Counseling) for property located at 900
E. Park Blvd., Suite 153, Plano, Texas to extend the lease for three
(3) years effective March 1, 2014 through and including February 28, 2017 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and
execute same, Construction & Projects.
