HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION MEETING
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:

a.38389 Disbursements for the period ending June 17, 2014,
Auditor.
b.38381 Professional Services Contract with PIA (Public
Information Associates) to administer RHP 18 anchor duties required
by the Medicaid 1115 Waiver, grant exemption from the bidding
process per Local Government Code 262.024(a)(4) and further
authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same,
Administrative Services.
c.38323 Acceptance of the FY2014 Emerging and Acute Infectious
Disease รข?" Foodborne Illness Program Grant in the amount of $30,774;
Contract No. 2014-045641 with the Texas Department of State Health
Services (DSHS) beginning May 1, 2014 through and including August
31, 2014 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and
execute same, Health Care.
