b.33777 Amendment No. 1 to the lease agreement with Trinity Family Health Center for property located at 900 E. Park Blvd., Suite 280, Plano, Texas to extend the lease for two (2) years, increase the lease to a base price of $81,600 for the lease term (payable in monthly installments of $3,400 per month) effective July 1, 2011 through and including June 30, 2013 and further authorize the Board President to finalize and execute same, Construction & Projects.
