3. Adoption of an order setting the maintenance and operating tax rate for FY 2023.
4. Adoption of an order setting the debt services tax rate for FY 2023.
5. Adoption of an order setting the combined tax rate for FY 2023.
6. Adoption of an order setting and approving the FY 2023 Elected Officials salaries.
7. Adoption of an order setting and approving the FY 2023 Budget.
8. Adoption of an order setting and approving the Trails of Blue Ridge FY 2023 Budget.
9. Restrictions on funds in compliance with Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) Statement Number 54 for FY 2023.
10. Budget amendment in the amount of $417,403 for one-time items to be paid from FY 2022 savings, Budget.
b. Regional Transportation Council monthly update, Commissioner, Precinct 4.
3. Executive Session Items:
Public Comments. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
