Call to order. The court will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
1. Consent Agenda Items:

2. No. 1 to Temporary Personnel Services (Contract No. 2020-214) with Smith Temporaries, Inc. d/b/a CornerStone Staffing to change from secondary vendor to primary vendor for Elections/Administrative Support Personnel, extend the contract for one (1) year through and including March 31, 2023, and further authorize the Purchasing Agent to finalize and execute same, Human Resources.
2. General Discussion Items:
a. Public Hearing - Consideration and any action for the issuance of a mass gathering permit for the Monster Truckz Mayhem event on April 1-3, 2022 at Myers Park Event Center in accordance to Health and Safety Code Chapter 751, Special Projects.
Public Comments. If a member of the public would like to address the Court, a properly completed Public Comment Form must be submitted prior to the start of the meeting. Each speaker shall be limited to a maximum of three (3) minutes for public comments.
