BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Notice is hereby given that the Collin County Health Care Foundation Board of Trustees will meet in REGULAR SESSION. Following is the agenda for said meeting:
1. Call to order. The board will convene in open session for consideration of the following business matters:
2. Consent agenda to approve:
a. Disbursements for the period ending August 21, 2018, Auditor.
b. Advertise for Refrigerated Morgue Trailer (IFB No. 2018-343), Health Care.
c. Amendment with the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) for Contract No. 2017-049828-001, Amendment No. 2: Women, Infant and Children’s (WIC) Nutrition Local Agency Grant to accept the FY 2019 grant award and further extend the contract through and including September 30, 2019, Health Care.
d. Filing of the August 6, 2018, Minutes, County Clerk.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
Executive Session, in accordance with Chapter 551 of the Government Code.
The board reserves the right to convene into executive session throughout this meeting.
Any action resulting from the executive session.
